Laika (CEO)

Laika is the visionary behind every strategic decision — especially those involving snacks, park visits, and optimal nap distribution. With a strong paw in long-term planning, she ensures the company stays aligned with its core values: loyalty, curiosity, and daily sunbathing. Her leadership style combines firm eye contact, tail-driven enthusiasm, and an unmatched ability to sense opportunity (or food) from miles away. When she’s not reviewing quarterly treat projections, she’s mentoring the team on resilience, patience, and the importance of celebrating small wins.

Lulo (CTO)

Lulo is the technical mastermind of the organization, constantly pushing the boundaries of innovation — especially in the fields of strategic barking and perimeter security.

She believes in scalable architectures, particularly when it comes to expanding nap locations across the house. Her debugging methodology is simple: stare at the problem, tilt head 45 degrees, reassess, repeat. With a sharp instinct for detecting anomalies (like suspicious delivery people), she ensures the infrastructure remains secure, stable, and snack-compliant.

Diego (Human Intern)

Diego is a software engineer with 7 years of experience working with data across multiple roles, from development to data engineering. He holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering and currently works extensively with Azure and its data engineering services, building reliable and scalable data solutions.

He is continuously learning about software and data architecture, aiming to design systems that are robust, maintainable, and aligned with business goals.

He is the creator of the Itaca project, an initiative focused on connecting and teaching others about software and data architecture.

Above all, he remains curious, open to learning, and committed to constant improvement — under the supervision of two very capable executives.
